In Hong Kong, Maxim (美心) is a well known brand for its food, in bakery, dim sums, moon cakes etc. Over time it has also introduced a range of different concepts under this brand.
Maxim’s MX is a Chinese fast food cafe, which has many branches around Hong Kong. It is a place where I will go to grab something cheap to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
When you go in the menu will be on the wall. It will change throughout the day, so there will a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. As you are in Hong Kong there be set meal for one person, so you will see Set A, Set B etc. Once you have decided then you just make your order at the cashier and pay. They will give you a ticket, which you have to take it to the kitchen counter. Hand it over and they will get your order. Then take your food to a seat and just eat 🙂

I do miss my Chinese fast food at Maxim’s MX. For under 50 HK dollar (which is around £5) you can fill your stomach and for me it is lot healthy then me going down to McDonald 🙂
